FixHero Appliance Repair provides professional appliance repair services in Los Angeles. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1) Services & Relationship

• All repair work is performed by FixHero or its licensed and insured technicians. We are responsible for workmanship, parts, schedules, and warranties as described below.
• When you book with us, you are entering into a service agreement with FixHero Appliance Repair.

2) Booking & Communications

• When you submit your phone number, you authorize service-related calls or texts (e.g., scheduling, arrival updates). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Appointments are confirmed by our team and subject to technician availability.

3) Pricing, Payment, & Diagnostic Fee

• Prices and any diagnostic/trip fees are disclosed before work begins and may vary by brand/model and parts availability.
• Payment is made directly to FixHero or its technician upon completion of service.
• If you cancel after a technician has arrived or begun diagnosis, a diagnostic fee may apply.

4) Warranties

• We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise specified on your estimate or invoice.
• Any warranty claim must be reported within the warranty period and verified by FixHero.

5) Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details, safe access to the appliance, model/serial information if available, and disclose any known issues (leaks, gas/electrical concerns).
• Ensure someone 18+ is present during service.

6) Site Use

• This site and its content are provided “as is.” We may change features, content, or availability at any time.
• Do not misuse the site (e.g., scraping, spamming, interfering with operations).

7) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixHero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
• For site-related issues (not services), FixHero’s total liability will not exceed USD $100.

8) Third-Party Links & Tools

We may use third-party tools (e.g., scheduling, messaging, analytics). Their terms and policies apply when you use them.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
